Free fruit and vegetable stand

Ingredients

  • Body
    • 2 Pink Grapefruit
    • 2 Navel Oranges
    • 4 Tangerines
      • Margaret uses 1 can of Trader Joe’s mandarin oranges-drained
    • Juice of ½ lime or lemon
      • optional
    • 1 Small can of pineapple tidbits/ or crushed pineapple -drained
    • 1 Cup Miniature marshmallows
      • optional
      • Magaret opts out because she dislikes them
    • 1 ½ Cup Sliced grapes
      • optional
  • Dressing
    • ¾ Cup Coconut flakes optional
    • 1 Cup Vanilla yogurt (I use ‘light’ because I am diabetic
    • 1 or 2 Tbsp. Honey
    • Dash Pie spice/ nutmeg, cinnamon your choice

Directions

  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients, peeling fruit and cutting with scissors.
  2.  Mix yogurt, honey, spices, and juice in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix about half the dressing with fruit.  To serve transfer to serving bowls and drizzle with remaining dressing
